crap, give me some time. The one thing thats Managiaing with me is where the guards are placed. If the crewmen are in the front then whats the best place or time to jack it if we've got to keep the civilians in mind? And am I gona use a truck to transport it or a boat?

Well I would need 8-10 people. 5 at the docks, 5 trying to get on the boats. They guys on the dockes should be equiped with sliencer-Automatic Guns, and 2 with Sniper rifles. The guys on the boats, should have, 3 with silent pistols,two with silent-autmatics and flash bang grenades. 2 of them should have sniper rifles.
The snipers on the docks will chop of each man conductiveley, if the guards become aware of the snipers the man on the ground should come out shooting the guards. The guys on the ship the same expet a little more secretive. The guys on the ship should enter from the starboard side of the ship. Now once reaching the civilians, My snipers will tie them up, and just keep a look out with there rifles. My guys with autoamtices will throw the flash bang grenades in to the cargo areas then shoot the guards down there. As for leaving I would use a cargo truck Like one of those big white ones, then take to the place I am supposed to take it to.
Now I am new to this so if the crap I say sound like 007 please forgive my sorry ass.

Alright i rekon Colettis right. We should the guards off one by one. And yeh 2 seperate crews, one to board the rosemary while still at sea and a crew to to take out the guards at the docks. I would use 1 sniper to pick off all five gurads on the docks. Just one at a time. If they are all on lookout for the harbur police then they will be standing in sepertae places not all together. That menas the sniper can pick them off one at a time, maybe two snipers.

Your on the right path. But your forgetting an important fact-Do not shot inside the cargo hold-one of the bullets may either hit or ricocet off our 'primary goal-the box'.
Also, would it not be best to offload the goods onto another boat. It's cleaner, and if someone does see something-the boat would be harder to track, especially if you keep close to the shoreline-it would be better than a truck which can only drive on the main highway to the outskirts of the city.

Alright you throw a flash bang grenade, my men will be equiped with knives and piano wire along with the guns, when they throw it they go down there kill them. Then take the boat, and have a good day.

ur getting ur hands to dirty with all this sniper and machine gun bull crap im kinda young and i know u cant make a seen like that. what u do is get a gang war started between some local gangs let them do the dirty work those ppl will be runnin around shoting every one while your five or six boys go in the back door steal the stuff quick cause the cops will be there shortly.plus ur hurting their business by haveing these goons hanging about and it lowers the real estate prices
